How do I pay?
We accept most major credit/debit cards. All credit and debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Can I send my order direct to the recipient?

 

Rose and Rock orders are designed to be sent directly to the recipient, if you wish. We wrap each order beautifully and provide a Rose and Rock card for your personal message, if you would like to include one. There will be no receipt or order confirmation with the box, this is all emailed directly to you, the sender.

 

What do I do if I have any specific instructions?
Include any comments in the ‘Order Notes’, ‘Recipient’s Preferred Name’ or ‘Personalised Message’ boxes during the checkout process or contact us before you place an order, send us an email to hello@roseandrock.co.uk.
What if I want to send an order to more than one recipient?

If you would like to send to an order to more than one recipient with different addresses, you will currently need to complete the order process for each recipient. We hope that you find our order process quick and easy so it doesn’t take up too much of your valuable time.  We are continually reviewing and working to streamline our website and processes.

Can you customise orders?

 

Initially, we’re offering a small range of items in our collections.  f you have a special request, why don’t you contact us at hello@roseandrock.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do.

 

What if something I like is out of stock?

We do our best to keep good stock levels but sometimes due to very high demand we may sell out of some of our most popular products. Although you won’t be able to order a product when it’s out of stock, we can let you know when it comes back into stock. Please send us a note via our contact page and we’ll do our very best to help.  Similarly, if you can’t see a gift that you’re interested in, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We’ll process your order and post to you within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order.  You can always specify a preferred delivery date in the order notes section at the checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days and often process orders sooner. If you have any special instructions for your order, please send us a note via our contact page and reference your order number and we’ll do our very best to help.

Can I place an order to arrive on a specific date?

We’ll do our best! Rose and Rock gifts are sent by First Class Royal Mail, we will endeavour to post your order to you within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order. Please bear this in mind when you select your preferred delivery date on the calendar in your basket.   First Class post usually arrives the following working day however this is dependent on the Royal Mail. 

What if I make an error in the shipping address or I want to change the message to be sent with my order?
Get in touch asap!  Before an order has been posted, we’ll do our best to make the change.  After posting, we can’t amend the address or the message.  Please check your message carefully as we copy exactly what is written. We can’t accept responsibility for an undelivered or lost item caused by an error in the shipping address provided to us.
Can I send overseas?

Unfortunately, we don’t routinely ship overseas at this point, but watch this space and please get in touch if you have a special request!

My Rose and Rock order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Delivery of parcels by Royal Mail is usually very reliable. If unfortunately your order does not arrive on time, we ask that you wait 5 days after the requested delivery date and then email us at hello@roseandrock.co.uk with your order number and we’ll issue a replacement.

Can I return my Rose and Rock order if I’m not satisfied?

We try our very best to ensure that each order will blow your socks off!  The order is wrapped with some Rose and Rock magic to delight our customers.  If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Rose and Rock order, please email hello@roseandrock.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.  We’ll contact you promptly and do our utmost to resolve the situation.  Please don’t send the order back to us before contacting us.

How do I find out about new products and special offers?
If you’d like to be the first to know about new arrivals and offers why not join our mailing list? You can unsubscribe at any time if you change your mind. We also provide regular updates and exciting news on our social media pages so please do follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
How should I care for my sterling silver jewellery?
Our delicate jewellery designs are made from sterling silver.  We recommend the following:
  • Wear your jewellery often!
  • Do not wear your jewellery in the shower or whilst you’re swimming, sunbathing or doing the housework!
  • You need to avoid exposure to substances which will cause corrosion and tarnish.  Cosmetics and perfume are not friends with silver.  This is why you should put on your jewellery last as a finishing touch.
  • Remember to store your jewellery, in an area with low humidity and away from other items which may cause dents or scratches.
  • Finally, to keep your jewellery looking pristine, clean it regularly. We recommend that you buff it gently with a silver polishing cloth.
