These are the Terms and Conditions, which apply to your purchase through our website www.roseandrock.co.uk. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is given when you place an order on our website. Please read these carefully before ordering.

Our policy is outlined in the Privacy Policy section of this website. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is also deemed confirmation that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

Email Policy

We will send you an email relating to your account, which will include order confirmations, renewal/expiration notices, despatch updates and credit card problem notifications. In addition we will give you the option to sign up to our regular email newsletters relating to new product releases or our latest offers. If you no longer wish to receive a newsletter, you can follow the ‘unsubscribe’ instructions located towards the bottom of each newsletter.

Ordering Your Goods

Orders for goods may be placed online, by telephone or by any other form of oral or written communication. However, no orders for goods submitted by you shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless we confirm in writing (‘confirmation’).

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the terms of any order and for checking that the confirmation is correct.

You undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use and are not for resale.

Pricing

All prices indicated for products and services available at Rose and Rock are stated in £ sterling. These are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products without notice at any time.

Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion and only one promotion can be used per order.  Sign up to the newsletter and receive 10% off full priced purchases with code SIGNUP10.  This offer applies to online purchases excluding items on sales for a limited period of time and may only be used for household quantities.  Terms subject to change.

In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the promotion code will be deemed to be spread between the goods proportionately. The sum in cash exceeding this value, less any delivery costs charged on the original order, will be returned to the customer.

Payment

We accept most major credit/debit cards. All credit and debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.  Your payment card is only debited once an order has been confirmed. We cannot be held responsible for price or goods information held on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for Rose and Rock products are those stated in our material. We cannot vouch for the reliability of prices stated on shopping directories or through any other third party material.

Quality

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct, however, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate and therefore colours, shapes and sizes may vary slightly.

Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, and we will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. The delivery period stated within which you receive your order is approximate. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.  Please refer to our Delivery Policy for details of charges.

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order is delivered within a reasonable timescale, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partners. In these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.  

The legal title to the goods and the risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery of the goods.

Refund Policy

For full details please see our Returns and Refund Policy also on this website.  We regret that we cannot refund goods, which are personalised, made to order or customised in any way unless they are faulty, as they are not resalable.

Returns Policy

We can only accept returns that have a factory fault which have been brought to our attention within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items which have been bought at clearance (sale or special offer) price are non-returnable.

Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy. Do not send the gift back to us, before contacting us via our website or sending us an email to hello@roseandrock.co.uk.

Incorrect Goods Received/Shortages

We inspect and double check all orders before being dispatched to ensure you receive the correct items. However, if for some reason, the product you have received is not what you ordered or short, please contact hello@roseandrock.co.uk immediately quoting your name, order number and details of the products. We will then advise on how to proceed.

Right to Cancel Policy

You have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Rose and Rock, within 7 days of receipt and receive a refund for all charges.

All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number and we will not consider an order cancelled unless we have confirmed to you in writing that we have received your notice of cancellation. All items will need to be returned in the original packaging in the post at your own cost and are your responsibility until they reach us. We will refund standard delivery charges if the whole order is returned but if only part of the order is returned we are not obliged to return any of the delivery charge. A refund will only be issued once we have received the returned goods in a satisfactory condition.

Jewellery Care 

Our delicate jewellery designs are made from sterling silver.  We recommend the following:

  • Wear your jewellery often!
  • Do not wear your jewellery in the shower or whilst you’re swimming, sunbathing or doing the housework!
  • You need to avoid exposure to substances, which will cause corrosion and tarnish.  Cosmetics and perfume are not friends with silver.  This is why you should put on your jewellery last as a finishing touch.
  • Remember to store your jewellery, in an area with low humidity and away from other items which may cause dents or scratches.
  • Finally, to keep your jewellery looking pristine, clean it regularly.  We recommend that you buff it gently with a silver polishing cloth.
